About Us

Bamford Elementary

Bamford Elementary was made possible by the amazing support of our voters, passing the bond in 2016.  The design process began in the winter of 2019, and it included a team of architects, key district leaders, and staff representing all aspects of an elementary school.  The architecture firm listened to the Design Advisory Group's input and thoughts about what this school should be and looks like, and the design reflects the group's desires.  This 77 thousand square foot building was intentionally designed to foster high levels of collaboration between everyone in the school community.  From grade-level breakout spaces to classrooms designed to allow for co-teaching, the Bamford Elementary students and staff will learn and grow at high levels.

The interior design team did an amazing job with Bamford Elementary.  It is mountain-themed throughout the building from the color palate, suspension bridge, national park murals, and the front range mountain peaks etched in the two-story glass near the building's entry.  No detail was left untouched in this design!  We opened our doors in August of 2021 with our very first wolfpack.
